Hi Team,
It’s really painful to writing you this time, I am a loyal customer of Nokia from past 10 years. I am the one who purchased three handsets in past 40 Days from Nokia (one E 71 and two Nokia 2690) for my family.
I visited Nokia Priority Dealer (KEM Road, Bikaner, Rajasthan) on 23 Aug to buy a handset, but your executives don’t have etiquettes and very non co-operative with me, they are not bother about Nokia’s Image. They do not know how to behave with a customer (using very abusing language) which hurts me a lot.
It’s very sad to inform that I was an evangelist for Nokia brand but due to this one treatment that I have received from these people whose very attitude mars the entire brand image of Nokia. It is very obvious that my association with Nokia has been a PLIGHT and I have nothing but only Bad word of mouth to share with my friends and associates due to this behavior.
Nokia has the image in my mind of being a trustworthy friend. It has been with me since last 10 years being my 1st phone indeed. I have always suggested it to my friends and loved ones.
The only intention for this mail to inform you about this activity.
