CHARGING NOT HOLDING AND SWITCHING OF THE PHONE AUTOMATICALLY

Dear Sir,

Already on 21st May Morning I put a complaint, and afterwards phone is automatically switching off. I am not pressing any key of the handset.

Please take immediate action against my complaint
