Co end swap the set but nokia care khanna center demanding charges of 550 rs

Hi, This side Millan Kumar Bector, I am Fed up with the services of Nokia Care Khanna Center- M.S Enterprises, Dharam Complex Samadhi Road Khanna.

I Have submitted my Nokia Handset

i.e. submitted on 25th of June -17:49 at Khanna Nokia Service Center /Care But till date I didn't receive my handset. If went to the Nokia Service Center/ Care they said that ur Handset From Company Comes without Repair. When I call at Nokia Helpline 0172-30303838 they said that ur handset is swapped and u can collect your handset at Nokia Service Center. when I and my mother approaches they said that ur handset motherboard changes and u must pay minimum charges of 550 rs. when Company swapped my handset then let me know why we can pay the charges.

2nd thing I want to clear be that I am not the 1st person who suffers, I think I knew more than 15 people regarding unsatisfied with working of Khanna Nokia care. I also want a harassment reimbursement as harass . when I call nokia care they help us. But on side of IMC- Nokia Khanna Care I need harassment reimbursement.

So Please Take Necessary Steps Regarding this and to get my handset as soon as possible.
