I have purchased an NOKIA C2-00 Newly launched Dual Sim Mobile on 2nd July. It was working fine upto 8th September. On 8th of september it's suddenly stoped working (in middle of the call) So, I have approached the mobile shop owner on 9th September where I had purchased this mobile then they suggested me to go to NOKIA Customer Care Center which is located in Chrompet, Tambaram West, Chennai. Due to sunday (9th September) Holiday, I went on Monday (10th September). After undergone all the procedures from technical sections they were said me the mobile damaged due to body sweating. It's all a fraud reason they are said. I am very serious about it. The Mobile have the waranty period also.
Now a days every company have a habit of playing with consumers in India. It's very bad.
Please suggest me further process in this regard.
