Hand set keypad problem

I am having problem regarding my nokia handset model Nokia-C201.In that right up side button used for doing back option, is not working properly & made embaressing sound whenever press.

I have submitted my phone to Nokia Care branch sardar patel stadium & ellisbridge area but still i not satify by their service.

They told me that it could not possible to repair u have to take back.

Give me proper solution.
