Dear Sir/Madam, I'm Naveen. I bought a Nokia C2-03 (White) mobile for my father about 7 months ago. Unexpectedly the touch screen didn't work properly. Then I filed a complaint at the Nokia Care near Periyar Bus Stand in Madurai 1 month ago. They said that the mobile will be serviced within 10 days. But till now there is not even a single response from them regarding Service. I couldn't use the mobile for urgent purposes. So please help me to get my mobile serviced as early as possible.
