Problem with touch screen

Sir,

I bought nokia C2-03 handset with touch screen and dual sim in Oct’11 . It is still under the warranty period but even after getting it serviced fir its touch screen problem twice at NET DOT SOLUTIONS in tilak Nagar New Delhi. The set is not working properly. The service Job Sheet Numbers are:

1. 113433527/120309/126 on 9-03-12

2. 113433527/120529/126 on 29-05-12

Kindly get the phone replaced by any other model of same price range.
