Inappropriate Service and Cheating

I purchased a 47" LG LED tv on 5/10 from the Jayanagar branch in Bangalore and they turned out to be a bunch of liars and cheats. They sent me my tv the next day but it was a damaged piece. The replacement piece came 10 days later and that was damaged much worse than the first one. Trusting them no more, I decided to get my money back but they say that to do so I have to fisrt return the tv and only then can I expect a refund. I do not want to trust them but I dont know if I have a choice since they say that they have to pick up the product and send it to their head office only then can the head office send the cheque. They promised to have the tv collected on 18/10 but they still have not done so. Everytime I call the branch manager they are making excuses and either not coming on the phone or are not calling me back when they promise they would. I am still waiting for them to come insipte of repeated reminders. I was assured that today it will be done but so far no confirmation received about getting the tv collected by them.

They have lied to me so many times when I waited for them for a replacement. They even lied to me that they checked the tv in their showroom before sending the replacement piece but the delivery people said that they are coming directly from the warehouse in peenya.

Please let me know what action can I take against them for the angst that I am facing? Can I file a case against them?
