I purchased Nokia 3500 model from the market of kolkata, C.I.T Mobile Store in the month of nov.2008
since the mobile set is having headphone supported problem, for that I have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair the headphone for atlest 30 repeatidly visits. After that I visited Nokia Care, Moulaali at kolkata and they solve the problem but after few months the head phone got problem again. Then I visited the Citytel Services[P-II, CIT Road, Schem-L V, Kol-14.Moulaali ph.03332552226 Email: [email protected]], they cheak the phone and told me that they will need to cheak the phone aned inform me about the sitution. After 7 days they infrom me that the warranty preriod your product was expire now its chargable [Rs.850]. I agree with them and wish to work, after few day I recived my phone from Nokia Care, but again the problem was appeared after 2 days and they again ask for mony. Now I am fedup with that situation.
