Comany dealer is not encashing the scratch vouche

Dear sir,

I purchased a mobile handset of nokia model 2700c on 16/10

from m/s s k mobile khatibaba, jhansi. dealer gave me a scratch card on scheme by nokia company . and i got rs.200/- on scratch and i deposited the scratch card to dealer . but dealer did not encash the scratch card . whenever i go to dealer he says company did not encashed the card. so he did not give me rs 200/-

so please forward my complain to nokia company and make sure encashment of scratch card.
