Eakdown of handset in a month of purchase ill response from the care cente

Dear sir,

This is Samiksha Mehra from Mumbai... I have made this complain before to the online customer care unit of the company

I bought the handset on 15th of October from a nokia priority dealer. To my horrors, exactly after a month that is on the 15th of Nov the mike stopped working. I gave it for repair to the nokia care center where I was told it will take 15 days for repair, however the date mentioned was of the 5th of dec, on questioning the same, i was ascertained, verbally though, that it would be done before 30th of nov. Realizing that I requested them for a stand by handset which I was provided after requesting for 45 mins, that again is of no use to me for despite charging the battery for 4 hrs continuously it runs out of juice on receiving call the first time.

I was also told that data would not be restored and minor scratches on the surface should be considered post-repair.

After all this, I am following up with the care center daily but to no avail. the only response i recieve from them is, "we are following up and shall call you in an hour's time." which never happens. its been over a month now.

please look into this seriously.
