N73 Phone not working & pathetic customer service

I have purchased a Nokia N73 (9769895215) mobile phone from Hypercity, Malad, Mumbai on 31 Dec09. IMEI - 3557 180 203 99331. v4.0839.42.2.1, 27/09/08 for Rs.12, 500.00.

The handset has been giving me problems from the day i have bought it. The handset freezes on its own and i have to restart it. I have visited your Nokia Customer Care, Vashi for this issue. They formatted the phone and it was working fine for the next few days. Due this format i have lost important nos and details from the phone. I have visited your Nokia Customer Care, Vashi more than 5-6 times now but they have

always informed me that whenever i face such an issue i need to switch off and on the phone. Now the phone has started to switch off on its own with my knowledge cause of which i am unavailable most of the time due to which i have lost a lot of business. i cannot constantly keep on checking the phone if its on or off.

I have informed the Nokia Customer Care, Vashi to replace the phone for me as it is still under warranty but i believe you have trained them in such a way that the warranty period gets over and your customer cannot claim for a replacement.

I use another Sony Ericsson phone which i have never had an issue with and the Customer Service walk out of their way to help their clients.
