Much charged rates on my per seconds plan

my name is syed dildar husain

im using nokia 5310 phone

and having prepaid connection 1 paise per second plan

the problem is that

on 19 jan 10 i made a call on 09837449812 on 9.02 p.m

whose duration was 3.38 minutes ie 218 seconds

white i check my status at the time... 3.18 Rs. wew cut off from my total balance

unfortunately this is always often with me and this is 4th time

and this is 1st complaint on net..

if the query does not open I will use another process to complaint.
