Found stone in parcel

Dear Mam,

I am Pradeep Kumar from Panchkula, i had order A telephone i58oo phone from Dealhere Online Trading of Rs 3199. along with shipping charges Rs 200. And In return from your courier naaptol at the order no. 215684 on date 11/03 i got a stone in the parcel when i opened it at the front

of your Delivery boy. And he refused to take back as i opened it front of him and he collected the

money too before opening that. That was really a shock moment for me and moreover

he refused to take it back. Please check the details and let me know.
