My Nokia E52 mobile set was repaired at NOKIA CARE centre at Jorhat (PARAMOUNT SERVICES) Assam on 5th Feb’10. After the said repair the mobile was operating but the set used to hang frequently and finally the set died during some day in the month of Mar’10. The set was again taken to the said Nokia Care on 15th Mar’10 for repair. The Nokia Care was unable to repair the set and it said that the software of the mobile has failed and it returned the set on 18th Mar’10.
I approached another repair centre (non-nokia centre) for repair of the set and the technician opened the set in front of me. It was found that the connector plate located inside the power on-off switch was missing in the set. I approached the Nokia Care and said that it has not refitted the connector plate located inside the power on-off switch and requested to return the missing part so that I can get my set repaired elsewhere. But your Nokia Care did not return the missing part saying that at the time of delivery customer has accepted its set in proper condition.
In this regard I wish to state that at the time of delivery / return of the faulty –unrepaired set I was neither shown the interior components of the set in intact condition nor it refitted the set in my presence. To my view it is due to carelessness of Nokia Care service centre technicians who might have misplaced the same.
I have send written complaints to Nokia Offices at Delhi and Kolkata. But till date no response from the Nokia Officials.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously and will initiate proper action for the defaulter and arrange to handover me the missing part.
