Poor quality of Nokia5800d-1 phone

To whom ever it may concern,

I have bought Nokia 5800d-1 on Nov at coimbatore. This phone doesnt work properly, it gets restarted often, screen flashing, poor quality of materials, data loss, etc. With all these problem they sold it for 13800 INR.This makes me to feel bad & upset about this product.
