I purchase nokia 6208 with bill on 30th sept..it was working fine since then but started creating problem from 2nd May..i submitted my handset at

they returnd it back after a week and charged me Rs.800, but the problem was not rectified which i came to know when i restartd using d set.i deposited it again on 10th May for which they dint provide me any job order..they wrote the model no of the handset (6208) and its IEMI no.(356872025063704) on their visiting card..and today 24th May wen i re-approached the place, i was ill-treated by their staff and was rudely handed over the set sayin that nothing could be done with it and i could take those Rs.800 back which i gave for its repairing ..I AM SOO AMAZED THAT A COMPANY LIKE NOKIA, IS NOT ONLY MAKING A FOOL OUT OF THE CUSTOMERS, BUT ALSO TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS THE WAY ROADSIDE HAWKERS TREAT PEOPLE.. i look forward for some help, because not only i ve been robbed by the so called "BEST MOBILE PHONE MAKERS" but also have been ill treated
