Scroll Key colour lost

I had purchased Nokia C3 on 11th april within 10 days from the date of purchase the colour of middle Scroll key was lost, on complaining this matter to Nokia care it was told that it is a PHYSICAL DAMAGE and user was not handling the handset properly.

Well now the question if of Nokia as a QUALITY BRAND and does it has such a CHEAP R&D that the mobile colour is lost within 10 days.
