New purchase but working not properly

Dear Sir,

I purchase two Nokia mobile model E-5 Rs 9200/= &C-3 Rs 5900/= on dated 2-05 from Ganapati Mobiles Shri Ram Tower ashok marg Lucknow C-3, first day charging mobile fully charge in 7 or 8 hours, and not working in full day evening at 9.or 9.30 pm switch off, again charging mobile in whole night but not working in 7or 8 hours so I complaint in your service centre Aryans Communication 6-B Park Road Hazratganj Lucknow Mr Prateek change my mobile battery but no solve my problem mobile battery backup only 7or 8 hours only, after one week again complaint Mr Prateek

Mr Prateek is my mobile send to service and return my mobile after one week with confidently but mobile battery backup same as previous after sometimes Handset gets hang while receiving the calls and battery backup problem again complaint Mr Prateek receive my mobile and deliver after one week with OK. and after some days increase another problem in my mobile Handset automatically charging properly again complaint Mr Prateek said your set sent to Nokia service centre for replace but after one week same mobile deliver and Mr Prateek told me your mobile service in Nokia service centre and return with OK,

But not function in my mobile properly and battery backup still today. So I request you Pl change my mobile set earliest.
