Mobile Phone lost - Block the IMEI No

Sir,

This is Sriram. I lost my mobile handset Nokia C-3 on 21/12 which was bought on 13.10.11 vide Bill No. UTN 3470369 from UniverCell Telecommunications India Private Limited, Chennai. My request is to block the IMEI No.358628044743439 (of my mobile handset) immediately now. And, also please advice me what can i do for the handset lost to identify and get back the same.
