Pathetic service & idiots r sitting at nokia care

Sir,

My job sheet no. is 889433527/100804/15 & I gave my 1209 for repairing on Aug 4 to Platinum Technocrats 45/1 malviya nagar new delhi for the fourth time getting same problem of low battery back up. Till date received no calls from the centre & even they r not picking up the phones. If they r picking it up they r putting it down without listening with so much of arrogance. Plz do the needful.
