Hi this is Ms. Mahua Sur Ray. I have purchased a Nokia handset on 10th April from Ezone, Pantaloons, South City Mall, Kolkata.

> After two days of its purchase I found the wire of the charger has been slitted. I informed it immediately but the shop refused to help and have asked to deal with Nokia Priority
> Have gone to the Priority centre at Mudiali, Kolkata, they changed the charger and asked to do the AMC for the mobile. I am surprised why for a new mobile I need to have AMC done? Nokia supposed to have the best products
> In June my mobile got hanged when the alarm button is pressed, Noticed this matter to the Priority centre. suggested to change the the screen and again insisted on AMC. Though they have taken the cell and get repaired.
> Its only two months after that again my cell got hanged every data deleted.
> Can the authority of Nokia tell its customers why a phone got hanged several times within three months from its purchase and why the Priority centers always insisted on AMC rather than changing the set?
> Do we all take NOKIA emphasizing on doing AMCs more rather than selling good handsets?
