Bad Services and Repeated Visits doesnt helped me get my E 63 repaired

I bought E 63 last year on 28th September, the phone lost display in June. There is this Nokia Priority Dealer in Laxmi Nagar with the following contact details:

I don't remember the exact date, I submitted my phone there. but I have a bill dated 25-10 against the payment of Rs.3000 that they charged for changing IC and display. Unfortunately, since that day, my phone is with them, coz its not working. With the same problem, they kept me visiting them repeatedly. Today (13th August), when I finally got my phone, I realized that these guys have replaced my phone with some other phone, having a hell lot of scratches on the screen. More to their disgrace, the phone was still not working well.

When I started to shout at them, they saw me stone-faced as if they are into this habit of listening to complaints. Everyone their seem to abuse them.

Please help me and suggest me what can I do, as this issue is taking a toll on me and getting on my nerves.

Please suggest as what can i do. My phone is still in warranty period.
