My new nokia mobile is not working

i purchase mobile of nokia 2730 after one month when i purchased i get a problem in that like light blinking, hanging, discharge, on off.

i submitted my mobile in nokia service center 5 times but they still not able to repair my mobile or even they r not replacing my mobile

please revert me as soon as possible.
