Reg:- Nokia 5130 xpress Music set IMEI: 355212/03/135077/2

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above music set on 06 july which is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. when i open the meory card it shows the memory card is not formatted. Then after removing and reputting it, the memory space also did not show.. The phone also hangs. last week i gave my mobile to Tiruchengode and Erode Nokia care centre (TNGST No.:152 2903503 and CST No. 883181). They change the IC and they charged Rs.500. Till now my hand set is in problem. i kindly request you to take necessary action and give me a sucession. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
