Unfortunately on 25th of this month i bought a Nokia C5 mobile phone from Spice Hotspot, when i decided to buy Nokia's C5 model my sister told me that dont go for Nokia because they are not giving the same quality phones that they were giving before. But as this model is the new launch and i like the features, i decided to buy that but i didn't even think that with 2-3 days i will face the problem in that phone. On 27th in the afternoon i saw that the silver cover button on the navigation button is missing, i was shocked and contacted your Nokia care but they are saying that the whole key pannel has to change and it will cost around 1500/-. Am i mad that i have to spend 1500/- rs. wihtin 2-3 days from the date of purchase for a single navigation cover button. Now i feel that i would have considered my sister's suggestion of not to buy NOKIA mobile phone, the quality NOKIA is giving is so cheap or It is so delicate because this button may be fix only with a glu that's why it has come out.
NOKIA CARE people are also not co-operative.
Please resolve my problem.
