BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING

SUB: BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,

I bought new NOKIA C5 with imei number (357006042154639) on 18-09 in Visakhapatnam.

From that date onwards my mobile Bluetooth is not working properly it is unable to send, receive or pair with any another device. If I switched off and on and then it will work for few hours after that it will again not works. For this I went to nokia servicing center (BRIGHT INFO SERVICES) in VISKHAPATNAM on 01-11 and then they told that it is required to update the software I said ok for it and I wait for 20 minutes and it is completed and my mobile Bluetooth is working I felt happy but it is again not working after 6 days, due to some health problem I not went again but after I went again to servicing center on 06-12 by 11:30 am with the same complaint they received my mobile and raised the job sheet and they suggested me that they deliver my mobile by evening 5:00pm. After 5:00pm I went there and I received my mobile and Bluetooth is working. On 07-12 I again found that the Bluetooth is not working. At last I used nokia N72, N73, N95, 7210 SUPERNOVA; I never faced any problem with these handsets why this one is not working. And what about you’re servicing team, what they did to my mobile. Are they professional trained persons or not. What should I have to do with my mobile I want immediate reaction, waiting for your reply
