I get this kindl of reply form your hand but still the problems is not solved by your hand and even I think you are not taken proper action and you closed this complain by any how.

I wrote so many e-mails to you even I took visit the same service centre twice and I ready to send my handset to you people if you provided me your local office address or your address., I will courier to you.
