Respected sir, i sarojkantaswain had purchase a handset on dt08/10.after four days i found touch pad is not working then deposited that mobile in nokia care jajpur road on dt 25/10 .nokia care advised to repair only not to exchange after that i send an email regarding this to nokia customer care but i got answer that... sir kindly help me regarding this.
