I submitted my handset to the Experience Nokia care, Cochin on 03/1 and on the same day they sent it for IMC Delhi. when ever i ask about the status of my mobile, they replies that they will contact me when it reaches back to Cochin. On 12 th of Jan i got a call from the nokia care that ill get my mobile with in two days. i called them on the third day to collect the mobile, still they are replying that they need to collect it from courier services. cos the courier service TNT is getting delaying to deliver the parcel to Nokia care. i asked about the contact number and consignment no. to trace the status my mobile, they provided me wrong consignment number and the wrong telephone number, i tried to search the number from internet and came to find that the courier service TNT contact no. is invalid. I am out of my official and personal communications for two weeks... only because of this issue
who is responsible for the inconvenience caused?
in what name i should go to consumer forum? Who ill pay me for the inconveniences caused?
help me plz.
