Dear Sir,

I have purchased the Nokia X6- 16GB phone (IMEI NO: 354316/04/310453/0) on November 9, and from the very fast day I found problems in that when I shared the same with the Shop keeper, he asked me to update the update and I did the same but even though I have not got the solution.

My problems are..

1. My phone gets switched off automatically and also restarts,

2. When all of my other friends are getting a good signal, I am searching for the signals (SIGNAL Problem)

3. Finally I couldn’t able to get a clear voice in my phone.. (Speaker Problem)

4. Loud Speaker quality is very poor (Loud Speaker Problem)

5. Low battery back up.

So I am requesting you to kindly help me out.
