NOT REPAIRING AT NOKIA CARE

I ANKIT GAUTAM HAVING NOKIA 5233 bought my phone in november and now it it is having some disturbance in its voice clearness

i went to nokia care sec 2 to give my complaint they kept my phoneand send it to factory for seven days but after getiing my phone it was still having the same problem

in the same fashion i gave my phone 3 times everytime for 7 days and i am still facing the same problem

henceI WANT MY PHONE REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
