Dear sir,
I ankit chaturvedi got a gift from my friend and the gift was "Nokia X2 - 02" mobile phone. After a month phone became headache for me as it was unable to boot. I took it to "Nokia care, Raj nagar, Ghaziabad" they told me they can't help me as my phone now not in a warranty because i removed screen guard as per company rule. But this information is not properly declared to me anywhere in catalogue also it is not possible to see into screen without removing that screen guard which contain sign on it.
Sir, Its just being 1 month till now set occured problem and now company is not at all helping me. This is the worst policy i ever saw by any handset company. I am highly dissatisfy and upset. Sir, i am also Management trainee in a company its not possible for me to visit nokia care again and again.
Please help me via taking necessary action.
