Back Cover loose, Return without repai

Hi,

I have purchased a Nokia C5 handset from ART Enterprises, 2nd floor, DLF III, Gurgaon on 6th Oct vide invoice number GL2727. The handset has a problem from day one, as the back cover of the phone is loose. Had highlighted the problem to ART Enterprises on 8th Oct they suggested me to contact the Nokia Care. On approaching the Nokia Care at 22nd Oct they have returned the phone without repair stating that it’s a cosmetic error and has to be replaced.

Request the error to be fixed.
