I had bought a new nokia C6-00 and on the next day I found that there were a couple of issues as below
(1) a tearing disturbance from the speaker and
(2) the software was hanging and on a couple of times
(3) the phone got switched off and had a problem switching back on.
I had contacted the dealer immediately the next day and informed me about the problem, as I was not in a position to take it to the dealer on the same Day I had taken it to them the weekend.
The dealer had taken the unit to the Nokia care center and have detected the below issues and told that they will repair the unit.
(1) Quality of the Speaker
(2) Charging/Battery backup issue
(3) Software issue
Can someone advise me with what I need to be doing as this is a manufacturing defect and I DO NOT WANT A REPAIRED PHONE.
I would not like to be using a New phone with lot of hardware and software issues, and which is getting a lot of replacement/repaired before being used properly. I am definitely concerned about the quality of the Product sold to me.
Can you please advise me if I can get a new phone in replacement.

Can you please advise me if I can get a new phone in replacement, as the problems are related to a manufacturing defect.
I Have currently deposited the phone back with the dealer as i don't want to be using a repaired Rs 13000, phone.
I believe Nokia doesnt understand the spirit of the concern.
I am thoroughly upset with the way nokia is handling this issue of selling me a low quality product which was for a special occasion and asking me to get it repaired.
