Problem with my new Nokia C5 03 after i purchased it

Respected Sir,

My name is Irfan Akkhtar and i am from Darjeeling. I had purchased

Nokia C5-03 handset in April this year. But only after a few weeks it

started having problem. So i took it to Nokia Care Center in Siliguri

as we don't have one in our town. They told me that the cell must be

sent for repairs at there Head office in Delhi. After a week i

received my cell phone but with much more scratches and with ink marks

when i asked them about the marks they said that its happens

sometimes, its no big deal. I neglected it and took it home. But it

started to have problems again with its battery back, GPS, Screen

Display, Hanging and also started to reboot. On 14/7 when i took

it back, they told me that the handset will again be taken to there

head

office in Delhi. Now its been more than 15 days that i heard from

them. When i called there customer care executive at the no.

918030303838 he told me

that my handset could not be repaired and that i would get a new C5-03

or any other handset of the same price and quality range in two days

time. When i called the Nokia Care Center office they didn't picked

my call a couple of times and when they did they had no idea where my

cellphone was and in what condition.

So i called the customer care executive to know exactly where my

cellphone was and how many times was it repaired. I was surprised to

know that the first time i had submitted my cell phone it was not sent

to the head office as told by their technician. I humbly request you

to help me get my cell phone as it was when i first purchased it. I

don't earn much and i spent all my savings (approx Rs 10, 000) to buy

it for my sister. I had the option of buying Samsung Mobile with the

same qualities and at a cheaper price but i due to my loyalty to Nokia

i brought a Rs 10, 000 cellphone which i have hardly used since i

brought it. And its not possible for me to Pay Rs 300 every week to go

the Nokia center once to give the cell phone for repairing and then to

get my cell phone.

Today i.e. on 16th August I called the service center to know about my phone, they said that my cellphone has come but its not in the color that you had ordered. But before i had submitted my cell phone i had clearly stated the color in which i want my cell. So now i want nokia to give me my phone by this thursday in the choice of my color and with extended warranty of 2months as for this period i had not used my cell phone.
