Dear sir,

I m having a E 52 purchased last year on 11 Aug its display got blank i got it submitted to your service center on 11 Aug Itself (at Care Centre, A-17, Krishna nagar first, Tonk Road, Jaipur, NCC:108_433527) and even on 20 aug they are not in a position to give a definte answer regarding repairing of my phone, they dont even pick the phone regularly. My Job Sheet No.is 110811/4, IMEI NO.:351996043424674, PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW MANY DAYS YOU WILL TAKE TO REPAIR IT.KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER SERIOUSLY, ITS REALLY SHAMEFUL ON PART OF NOKIA.
