I bought a new Nokia E-63 (serial number-355376044581549), After 3 months it started swithched off itself when I make or recieve calls. I first submitted it to a nokia care center (R.S telecom, Parel), They send it to Delhi H.O, they changed the software and gave it back to me. Still I encounter the same problem. Then I submitted again, again they send it to delhi and given me back after 10 days. Seeing the problem persist again, I loadged a complaint online to Nokia, their customer service department want me to submit the phone again and also to send them the detais including Job sheet number. I did it and my phone once again travelled to Delhi and got me back after 10 days. I found the problem unresolved even after all those exersice. I again lodged a complaint to Nokia and this time they want me to submit the phone in a different Nokia Care Centre and I submit the phone to Unique Nokia Care Centre, Dombivili and they after kept it for one day observation they have given the phone back by updating the software again. Seeing the problem with my phone again I resubmit my phone but this time I demostrated the problem infront of an executive. She kept the phone with them for a couple of days and given it back. My phone still still switches of but more frequently now and Please help me to loadge the complaint. I have already submit my phone 5 times and it has been send to Nokia head office thrice.
