I purchased a new cellphone just before 5 days, on a next day of purchasing I found that my keypad's Right Navigation Key having some problem so i went to the dealer for replacement of my newly purchased device... They refused to replace it so i went to the Nokia Service Center to repair it... Service Center told me that they have no parts available for this model... I called your Customer care helpline but they are unable to help me...
I heard that it is your Company's policy that if there is any problem in device within 48 hours than company give replacement of device... But as per your policy it is not done with me, even your service centers are helpless to solve my problem.
Now I m unable to use my device's keypad...
