my name is Kumar Shivam.sir i am the student of meerut institute of eng. and tehnololy.

sir i live in meerut.

sir i purchase NOKIA X1, from Emotions Gallery on 31-oct.

sir from the first date of purchasing i face suddenly switch of problem in my phone.

sir i summitted my phone in NOKIA CARE for resolve the problem, but after getting my phone i face another problem such as echo and restart problem.

sir when i asked for replacing my phone then NOKIA CARE denied it.

sir now i want to replace my phone or refund my whole money with interest and with travelling cost.
