Replacement of the worn out parts

I have purchased a Nokia C6 handset on 06/02, from one of the nokia priority partner, and after almost 7-8 months i had started to experince problems in the handset (i.e. touch sensitivity, hanging).

So i happened to visit one of the priority centres wherein they had adviced me that the touch pad is not working and needs to be replaced and they are out of stocks, and asked me to contact another centre.

When i have visited the other centre and explained them about the problem they said "ITS A SOFTWARE ISSUE AND NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED", inspite of me quoting the suggestion given by the other centre, they handed over the handset with a new software installed.

But as usual the problem persisted and now when i get back to them they say the touch pad is damaged due to some water which has entered and it has to be replaced but is not covered under warranty.
