Espected sir,
i was submitted a complaint at nokiaa customer care ph no 08030303838 on 26th jan.about my nokiaa phone c6-01 which was given to nokia care for replacement on 29th dec.2011. he gave me my complaint no1-12132900413 and said that your complaint will solve within 48 working hour On 28th jan i contact once again & customer executive told me my complaint no. was wrong & he gave me complaint no 1-12132921403 & my complaint was solve within 48 hours. I ask him to connect to his superiors, first he refuses but after my strong request he said me hold on phone. after 7-8 minutes phone was disconnected by him . from that day i am contact same ph.no. daily for my complaint but no one give me any information about my phone when i wanted to contact superiors each times they said me to hold on and after 8-10 minutes phone was disconnected
It's very disgusting for a company like nokiaa that persons who works for them are very very irresponsible, shame less & useless
what can i do to know about my phone or to contact nokiaa officials.
