Hi sir,
I have Buy Nokia c6 mobile before 6 month and before 1and half month it get repaired due to flexi cable problem it doesn’t get worked. I went to Nokia care they said presently we are not having spare so u please visit some other Nokia care likewise they said. Then i have visited many cares all are saying the same reason and I have made calls to some shop their also saying the same.
STILL NOW I DIDN’T GET REPAIRED MY MOBILE it has crossed 45 days.
WHAT IS THE USE OF WARRANTY?
IF THEY CANT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM MEANS WHY THEY ARE MANUFACTURING THE PRODUCT AND SELLING, IS THIS CORRECT WAY THAT NOKIA COMPANY DOING .
WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR MY MOBILE?
IS NOKIA CARES WILL RESPONSE FOR THIS?
