Purchased Nokia C6 handset 5 months back and it started giving issues. The touchpad stopped functioning. Submitted to Nokia Care and was informed that the problem was with the touch pad and have to be replaced. Got the instrument after 3-4 days and immediately after that the screen went blank sometimes and not able to view any caller or read any SMS or perform any functionality. Sumitted again to Nokia Care and was informed that the problem was with the slider and had to be changed. Got the handset after couple of days but yet the issue is not yet resolved and the screen goes blank sometimes making it difficult to perform any functions.
Had sent emails to Nokia using their "Ask me" from their website and requested if there is any escalation process or whom to contact for replacement of the instrument but there is no response from them. I want the handset to be replaced.
