Complain against NOKIA, because of giving me a bad mobile not working within 2 months of purchasing

Sir,

I am joydeep ghosh, a junior serviceman. I have purchased a nokia asha 200 phone at 11th February. IMEI no of this

phone are imei1: 359346/0454/2 and imei2: 359346/0455/9. After 1 month disturbance was started. The phone get

switched off at a sudden and it is not restarted when I am trying to restart.but after some time or some days if I try to

restart it is restarted. Sometimes it is hanged, and not working properly, if I want to restart the phone then same problem

is happening. After comming some calls or sms the problem also is creating. I went to nokia care srirampore (dist-

hooghly, west bengal, India), have repaired the phone. But after using a day same problem was repeated. I have told them to

replace the phone but they ignored. They repaired it again, changed phones battery, but the problem is same now also. First

time I did not note the job no.but second time the job no of my phone and battery are, 778504886/120324/3 and

778504886/120328/9.

Sir as the problem is very embarrassing and it is also harmful to my busy life, I should replace my phone. I am not

getting my urgent phone calls for this phone. But nokia is not concern about my problem. The price of the phone 4400 INR is

too much for me sir. So if you kindly take step against nokia I will be thankful to you.
