I purchased a Nokia handset model-E5 on 04/02 vide Invoice No.10650/5348075 from Store no.1957 located at Jora Mandir, Baguihati, Kolkata. On the date of purchase, very sweet words were told regarding the services offered assuring service anytime for any kind of problem. Even I was persuaded to take one year additional warranty for the handset.

Although, I visited the store 3-4 times thereafter, very little attention was paid towards my complaint and finally it was not attended to. I waited there for over 30 minutes on each occasion but the problems (activation of email, GPRS, etc) were not addressed.

I came back with lots of dissatisfaction and have decided not to purchase the handset from any Mobile Store in future. I do not know if any technical/mechanical problem happens to the set what kind of service I can expect from them.
