Battery missing

Hi,

I have bought a mobile from Sangeetha stores Chennai (Gandhi Road). After opening the box i am seeing battery is missing. While purschasing i talked to them to check. Still i am getting a phone without battery. What is the use of giving insurance when they themselves are thieves.
