I brought Nokia C7 one month back, and on second day I gave back to Pacific, Nokia shop cos it was heating while charging. Then after a day they return me same handset with different battery n told now it is alright. Again I was facing problem so I gave it in Panjim, Goa, Nokia Care, they told me they will update
software (which is not needed cos there were no new release).
After one day they did something and gave me back but in shop itself I showed them that problem is not solved. Then they told me they will send the hand set to Nokia and after 14-15 days they gave me REFURBISHED handset and 15 days less warranty.
I paid for new sealed handset and Nokia is giving me Refurbished handset at the rate of new handset.
This is complete cheating and I request authorities to take some serious action on the same issues which are happening daily with users like me. And we are totally helpless.
