Nokia not repairing mobile and asking for money for under warranty headset

I purchased Nokia C7 Mobile handset on 15th Jan

After 3-4 months it started giving issues.

- Touch was not working

- It automatically started clicking photographs

- hangs

- call get disconnected automatically

- I went to Nokia care center in July for repair in warranty after 5 days i get my phone back saying touch has been replaced and it is working fine.

- When I came back and put my SIM back in the phone it stopped working. Touch completely stopped responding. The problem got worst now the phone can't be used any more

- After 5 days went back and told the new issue and as the condition got worst after repair

- Got the call back saying there is liquid in this and this will take 4000 rupees. I Refused to pay money as this is in warranty and its just 6 month that I have spent 19000 on this phone,

- Today my wife got call form some ankush (08860919867) with very rude response saying your phone cant be repaired and please take this back.(this person behavior was unacceptable the way he spoke to my wife)

Its just 6 month I have put my money on this phone and in future with such response from NOKIA and i am very sure this company is NOT worth in selling phone ..

I want my money back or my phone to be repaired (with no COST).
