Careless service in warranty

Hello

I am your nokia device user from Bhopal. I purchased model 5130 on 27 january from nokia store of Bhopal.

From 26 june onwards it started giving problem of AUTOMATIC SWITCHING OFF then I took it to the nearest nokia

care there I gave my mobile to solve that problem where the employees said to me that your mobile have some hard ware problem

and even my mobile is in warranty period they said to me I had damaged my mobile Intentionally why someone will do so with his own mobile

. then they didn’t agreed to take my mobile under warranty and keep with them for repair under non warranty.

The problem not ends there, when they didn’t call me at given time I call them and asked the status of my mobile they informed me

That your mobile is under repair after waiting three days I asked them by going there at service station, they first started finding my mobile and

when they found it they asked me to wait half an hour (that means they didn’t touched my mobile from 3 days) and after upgrading the software they gave back

my mobile with the same problem and said it cannot be repaired and also took 50Rs from me for the name of system upgrade.

I only want to inform you that your employees do not know what the actual problem with my mobile and irritate the customer with there senseless logics.
